Use the comments and community discussion under any guide. That is where corrections, questions and distance reports from other players land, and it is where we read them. If a longshot distance on this site does not match what you are seeing in your matches, post it there with the details: weapon class, map, and roughly how far the shot was. Reports like that are how the player-tested numbers on this site get checked and fixed.

A few things that help us help you:

• Distance questions: name the weapon class. A 30 meter kill is a longshot for an SMG and nothing special for an AR, so the class changes the answer completely.
• Map questions: name the map and the mode. A lane that works in Ground War may not exist in a 6v6 playlist on the same map.
• Challenge confusion: say which camo condition you are grinding — Longshot, Point Blank, Mounted and the rest are easy to mix up, and the fix is different for each.

We do not run a support desk and we cannot look at your Activision account, your camo progress or your match history. For account problems, bans, billing or anything to do with your copy of the game, use the official Activision support channels — they are the only ones who can touch an account. For broken downloads or store problems, contact the store you bought MW4 from.
